Our team

GARLANA MATTHEWS

President, Select Marketing Services, Inc. dba SelectOne Network

Garlana H. Mathews established Select Marketing Services, Inc. in 2004. She has over 20 years of Workers’ Compensation experience. Her extensive background includes adjusting, billing, collections and managed care. Garlana soon realized that there was a real need for physicians and their office staff to understand the best practices of Workers’ Compensation and created SelectOne Network to address that need.

Garlana is an active member of the Lions Club. In addition, she serves on the Executive Boards of the Georgia Safety, Health, and Environmental Annual Conference and she is the Director for the Georgia Workers’ Compensation Association. One of her most rewarding accomplishments has been creating and serving as event chair for The Ballroom Extravaganza, Savannah’s Premiere Red Carpet event. This ballroom competition has raised over $500,000 for local charities since 2008! Garlana received the 2012 Community Star award from the Savannah Area Technical College Foundation Community Council for outstanding achievement in the community.

Originally from Uvalda, GA, Garlana has lived in Savannah since 1991. She and husband Patrick have 2 sons and a daughter. Garlana enjoys ballroom dancing, photography and fishing excursions with the family.

Michelle C. Wilds

Director of Network Development and Client Relations

Michelle brings 20 plus years in Human Resources, Safety, Contract staffing and security, Sales and Business Development. Michelle currently serves as Director-At-Large for Georgia SHRM and is a Certified Mine Safety and Health Instructor. She also belongs to Georgia Workers Compensation Association and is a Georgia PRIMA Conference Committee member. Michelle and her husband live in Wrightsville, GA and have two sons and three granddaughters. She loves antiquing, riding motorcycles and traveling.
